Radical Acceptance

Radical acceptance means accepting that life can be worth living, even if really painful events happen.

Sometimes there are problems you can’t solve, and they don’t make you happy.

You can’t change how you feel. So then you have two options.

You could be miserable, or you could learn how to accept it and build a life worth living in your circumstances.

Building a life worth living takes a lot of work.

– Believing that you can’t do it makes it almost impossible.
– Believing that you can do it makes it a lot easier.

And building a life worth living starts with the first step,
building a day worth living.

Best wishes to you,
